COACHING

Coaching is a goal-orientated process consisting of the following steps:

 

  • Exploration - highlighting an issue or problem that you wish to look at
     

  • Challenge - looking at challenges to your current mindset regarding the issue
     

  • Goal setting - setting a realistic goal to create change
     

  • Action Plan - establishing a plan to achieve the goal and supporting you as you execute the plan
     

  • Review - reviewing the process and understanding learnings and how you might take this into other areas of life

 

Thus coaching with its goal-orientated focus will help you imagine a better possibility for yourself and support you in achieving it.  Coaching opens up future options, opportunities and ultimately success.
